CONSULTING SERVICES – We support health care organizations of all types and sizes to successfully collaborate in new and innovative ways for maximum team performance. We offer: leadership development, executive coaching, individual/group coaching, organizational change consulting/training and conflict resolution.

Individual coaching – Executive coaching for leaders, executives and selective team members to enhance their effectiveness throughout the organization.

Team coaching – Teams are coached to achieve optimal performance by using new communication models to improve meetings and daily operations. Where appropriate cross-functional teams are created or further developed.

Organizational Consulting – Working in partnership with you we develop a change management strategy that achieves your benchmarks while increasing resilience and adaptability to change.

  • Full or Targeted Organizational Assessment – We use a combination of electronic and personal contact tools to determine areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Based on this data, the best go-forward action plan is mutually developed.
  • Targeted change management support – Choose either short term (1 to 6 months) or long term (7 months or more) consulting packages that can be delivered virtually and/or personally. Frequently targeted areas include: leadership development, focused organizational alignment, team cohesion coaching, interpersonal conflict resolution and individual skill-development.
  • Organizational Retreats – Half- day or one-day retreats serve as a vehicle for engaging selected members from teams throughout the organization for maximum transformation and renewal. In many cases, retreats allow organizations to achieve the equivalent of several months of work in a greatly reduced time period. Retreats focus on challenge areas such as: process flow refinements, team development, conflict resolution to promote innovation, organizational alignment, etc.


COST – Individual coaching is priced by each session or session package. Team coaching is priced by each individual coaching session and number of team meetings or by team package. Organizational Consulting is priced by type of change and length of engagement. All services are designed and priced to accommodate financial and time-commitment requirements. We work with you to develop services that meet your price point.
